XBox: Chu Chu Mag

Does anyone know how to get a chu chu mag. I was a big fan of Chu Chu Rocket and would love to support it online. I appears that it is only avaliable on halloween is this true? If you have any info on all things CHU please post.

I don't think you can get it on xbox yet since mag cells are on christams and xbox version just came out.....so how can you get mag cells for xbox version?
