Resolution change on Tweaker

Hey guys im trying to change the resolution on the Tweaker launcher but when i save and re-open it it goes back to the lowest 640x480....

Are you trying in windowed or fullscreen? If you are doing fullscreen, try selecting virtual fullscreen instead; not sure it will stick, but I've been able to do it from the tweaker.
