ok so I guess I had not completely given up happy New year everyone! and the only issue i have is when i load pso2 i get error no.249 how do you fix this?

i used arks layer tweaker

I didnt use a VPN i used the tweaker from arks layer

a vpn is not the same as Tweaker

A vpn is a connection that lets you connect to the game.
the tweaker is a device that acts like a pso2 launcher to help with English translation and other functions.
