PSO2 character creator camera stuck

Hello I am new to PSO2 and finally patching to English since I grew tired of waiting for NA release.

I now have a problem when I create my character my camera tilts upward to the top of the characters head on its own and gets stuck there...I have tried numerous things but my camera controls aren't seeming to react at all. I can hit return and the camera will reset but then as soon as I begin editing my character again it pans to the top gazing down at the characters hair and getting stuck.

If you have a fix please help :(

I know it's too late to help you, but if anyone else ends up here - make sure you don't have any extra controllers plugged in (joystick, gamepad, etc). If you do simply unplug them and the problem will resolve.
