There are a lot of English-Speaking people on the American and European servers, and a lot of Japanese-Speaking people on the Japanese servers.

*Points to America on map* This is "America". That's where the "American" servers are. That's also where they make "underwear".

*Points to Japan* This is "Japan". That's where the "Japanese" servers are. Many people there are my video gaming gods.

On a related note...the only difference between servers is the people who play on them and their location. Basically, if you're American, you get on the American server to experience the closest connect...likewise for Japanese and their server.
