Hi,
Making an attempt to compare Helen Trager and Blocker Bledd ブロッカブレッド TMGs with 3rd level Potential
What puzzles me is if point blank damage is calculated in the same way as Sat Aim boost.
As in, would Sat Aim + 20 % point blank damage = Sat Aim + 20 % Sat Aim boost?
I know Zero Effort lvl 3 gives 16 % point blank damage, 20 % here is taken for the sake of the example.
