Pso2.exe has stopped working

Hello everyone, I'm having a problem with my pso2.exe. Everytime I go into the tweaker and click launch as Pso2 tries to start to open I get: "pso2.exe has stopped working". Is there anything im doing wrong? please help, i'd love to join you all in pso2! :)

Try these..
Allow pso2.exe to access internet from firewall or disable firewall when playing pso2.
Redownload pso2 launcher.
Check to see if you can access the main pso2.Jp page. If not, your Isp doesn't have access, you'd need a proxy to play.
