stuck at loading screen after a delete character attemp

created a new character, and after finishing the first zone i decided to delete him to make him a bouncer instead, when i saw i had to wait 24h for the deletion i stoped it and decide to just keep using him and change him with npc later.

now im stuck at loading screen (wormhole) every time i try to logging on my character

the solutions i seen dont seem to fix it :( allready used the tweaker option to find missing files, and reinstalled the english patches (english,story, large) files after but doesnt fix it

Did it work just fine before?
Are you applying some other patch and then it's not working anymore?
- Try running game vanilla
- Make sure you have latest patch applied instead of using the old one
- If you use story patch, pick "new method" for installation

If it's still not working:
- Update your driver
- Lower graphical settings
