S-Parts 1.16 and Partisans

Anotehr set of questions ive formulated while playing PSO

What are S Parts 1.16 good for, they seem to stink, and ive checked the item combinations, and they cant be used to make anything, are they also tradeable, would i be able to get anything for them in a trade?

Another thing, Are rangers able to use partisans?!!! I thought they were hunter only weapons, because while transfering some stuff to the RAcast i use as a mule, there was no red X on any of the basic partisan weapons such as Halbert or Berdys

I don't know about S-parts, but Partisians are now usable by Rangers.

well, rangers can use partisans up to the gungnir...rangers cannot use any rare partisan (brionac, vjaya,gae bolg, and red partisan are the weapons rangers cannot use)
