it says in you database that this can only be equipped by a force character but my RAmarl can use it, i havent tried the other classes but RAcaseal can also equip it. you may want to check that out.

RAcaseal can't equip it because she doesn't have any MST http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_lol.gif
Also, FOnewm(and I guess FOmar too) can't equip it.

All female non droids can use it.

Oops, my bad on the RAcaseal thing. Ill confirm the all female non Droid usable later tonight.
