okay, so i'm hoping this is the right place to post this.
the tweaker didn't open up the actual thread, but here is my pastebin
when trying to set up the proxy i get an error and it won't allow me to set it up.
any help would be greatly appreciated,.
i just installed this all on a new computer and didn't have this problem on my previous laptop. so hopefully i can get this fixed soon.
note: when i pasted the pastebin it said i couldn't post the thread because of my post count. (something about links or images)
so i'll just have to explain
this is the error i receive
ERROR - The process cannot access the file 'C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts' because it is being used by another process. [FAILED!]
