Orange Team chat? Who are these people?

I just came back to the game after a long hiatus.

I'm not part of a Team, but for some reason some channel is just going on and on in orange text.
AIDA is in there chatting too, but I'm not part of any team and I have no idea how to turn it off, it's very distracting.

PSO2proxy global chat. It's a channel with people who are connected via the proxy. There should be a command you can type to disable it.
