Does anyone know if it is possible to play using different game data between characters on the offline multiplayer mode? For example -- if a friend comes over with his character, can he play his while I play mine?

I can't see how it is possible at the moment, but since I don't have two accounts I can't be sure.

If I'm not mistaken it is similar to the GC version, your friend will need a memory card and he will have to transfer it over.

Thanks Minos, that makes sense... but I don't suppose anyone here knows how to copy a PSO character onto a memory card for the XBox? http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime2.gif

A directory copy from the memory (at the XBox boot console) doesn't exist, and I can't seem to find a "copy" action anywhere in the game either. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif

to copy a character to a memory card, you need to start up pso. Once your at the character select screen, there should be an option to move your character to a memory card(select "move" to do this). But once you move your character it becomes a temp character and must be moved back to ur xbox hd if you wanna play on your xbox again, other wise you lose all your items.
