as the image shown, im having that error and i dont know how to fix it. I tried reinstalling and check files but still same dialogue.
I am on window 8 and hope thats not the problem. looking forward to the solution !

Windows 8 shouldn't be a problem. Try running a Fix Gameguard Errors, disabling your anti-virus/firewall, and make sure any program that may try to hook to PSO2 is closed, like recording software or fps counters. Also, opening certain programs while PSO2 is running can cause it to crash; I know opening Task Manager always crashes it for me.
