Enemy Parts

I have a little question:

How exactly do you get weopons out of enemy parts??

Yeah, a little newbie question, lol...

Only RaMarls can get them, when their ATP reaches multiples of 100, all the enemy parts on them become weapons.
Of course, this would be the wrong answer...

In offline mode, go to quests. On some of them, such as Unsealed Door, Doctor Montague appears and will prompt you to make your item into a weapon, but only if you have a part on you. Pretty simple to do.
