Tweaker Issue
Can't download the English patches, reinstalled the game twice and redownloaded tweaker countless times, still didn't help. Game isn't opened either and restarted comp countless times aswell.
Also the sidebar page doesn't load at all.
No firewalls or anti-virus are denying access either.
Tweaker is also in it's own file in C:
Reinstalled .net Frame stuff too and redistributables
