Gameguard help?

I have installed all the patches for pso2 and whenever I try to launch the game it gives me a NP1015 error. I have tried restarting computer and it did not help and I tried the fix gameguard troubleshoot section and then it tells me access to path npggNT.des is denied. What should I do?

Currently the game is under maintenance. That error will pop up because there is a error with the item patch .dll. After maintenance, it should be fixed.
