Can't register..

I can't register a sega account, every time I enter my email and hit the blue button i get this error:

I had the same issue before, because it was an old registration site.

Actually, this the registration link specifically for PSO2:

Either way, there could be some issues due to the fact that they have disabled server transfers, so I wouldn't be surprised if it effected registration inadvertently.
