Cannot Connect to PSO2.jp or game

Its been months since the supposive 'DDOS' attack and i still can not connect. i did a tracert and it times out on the 4th-30th hop. I could use a VPN but its not worth it as i DC nearly constantly with them.

Nobody hasn't even been banned on the proxy unless you mean that person switching to vpn and such.
