How do i make a fake full screen?

My Pso2 tweaker used to be on fake full screen but i took some screenshots in full screen and now i don't know how to bring back the fake full screen.
Why i want that one? because i also talk on messenger but with the window mode when i'm in game i can't click my desktop messenger so i would like to bring back the fake fullscreen so i can play pso2 but also talk on messenger.
PS: my resolution is 1024 x 768,i tried to leave the resolution to 800 x 600 but i can't strech the window to fit my screen like in other games.

when i do that i get full screen and i can't acces the bar at all :-(

The general solution to your issue is to alt+tab between the game and your messenger. I'm not sure what settings you had in order to see the taskbar before, unless you were able to match the windowed mode to your screen resolution.
