Black screen after Opening cutscene

Ive tried the advice and it still happens, Ive played the game before and decided to try the Proxy, But after the Cutscene i get a black screen, Before it i get a blackscreen with a mouse cursor. after back to blackscreen without cursor and stays there till the video repeats then does it all over again.

So just to be sure, you ran a file check to look for missing/corrupt files, and uninstalled all the English patches to see if the game will run vanilla? Have you checked for video driver updates and made sure you're not missing any Windows updates?
