Normal-Hard-V-Hard charts are worth?

In PSO most of the time of gameplay will be in Ultimate. Normal, hard and vhard are just a passenger difficulty and most of the rares in those difficulties can be found on ultimate too.

Basically I'm asking a list of the items that can only be found in normal-hard-vhard or the ones that are a lot easier to find there than in Ultimate, but remarkable truly difference.

And this list replaces perfectly all those tons of ep1 ep 2 normal hard vhard charts

OK, i'll start:
One thing i have noticed is that barriers, such as YELLOW BARRIER, RED BARRIER, etc, can only be found in those difficulties.
Also, DB sabers, and the crappy Flowens sword can only be found in them.
(I kinda went braindead trying to write this, because i know i missed alot)

Pinkal ID's can find God/Minds SUPER easy in VH offa Nar lilys. They drop them everytime, so i think that is the best spot to get them in the game.
