In one quest I met a guy who asked me if I wanted to join the WEAPONS-club, but before I could ask the boss, I had to ask him and the other 4 members. Where can I find them? (In what quest?)

It has to do with the side quest for "akikio's frying pan". Check the link for the guide on how to complete this quest and get your special reward.

hm, first you have to beat all quests to access them once again. done? ok...

do
1. secret delivery
2. value of money
3. grand squall
4. lost bride
5. claiming a stake
6. secret delivery once again ^_^

each time, talk to the special member on pioneer, solve the quest and get your money like usual.
(i haven't tested yet, if you really have to solve them again...)
