Infinite tube after character selection

Since 3 hours I have a problem if I want to start the game. All is fine, the show come
and I can login but than I choose my character Im in a infinite tube. Have anybody the same problem or know how I can fix it?

PS I made a new installation but it was absolutly useless. Nothing had changed...

If using the tweaker, click on the orb, click check for PSO2 updates, if using original launcher, its the 3rd button from the top which is the full file check, let it check every file so it can replace the bad/missing/outdated files then reply your patches.
