PSO2es English Patch Wont Install (BlueStacks)

I decided I wanted to try out PSO2es on BlueStacks but I am unable to get the patch installed. Am I missing a step that isn't mentioned on Arks-Layer?

You need to run the game first before you install the patch. The game downloads a lot more files only after it has launched after a fresh install/new version.
