OTP (Samsung Galaxy S5)

Hi,

I was trying to setup OTP on my Samsung Galaxy S5 and the app doesn't work.
I had OTP previously on my iPhone 4S and I also removed the OTP before I set it up
on my new phone as well.

I get to this screen and nothing happen anymore.

anyone has a solution for that problem?
