error: No.15 Connection attemp failed..... Help, please i be

my PSO all of a sudden started giving me this message
No.15 Connection Attemp failed
Failed to retrieve TP address from DHCP.


what does this mean exactly, please help is there anyway to resume gtting online like normal? please hurry i've waited so long to see the easter event.
this happened Monday so i haven't gotten to make my way online.

i've called my internet provider, nintendo, and sega, if sega doesn't mail back soon, and if they mail back with no help what can i do?!

i think we may need a few more details, like how specifically do u connect up the GC.

for example do u conect to a network switch/hub and and use ics? or what?
