So since the update I've been experiencing more Frame Rate dropping than normally and it's starting to becoming annoying to my eyes.

I'm not sure what's the big deal here, but Nividia can't even detect PSO2 despite it being installed. I check the control panel for it and it gives me the same error that Nividia can't run with integrated graphics.

Is there are remedy to this? I'm tired of my Frames dropping every second.

Seems like you have one of those laptops with dual gpus in it, uses the standalone gpu for gaming and integrated gpu for simple things, also tryed reinstalling video drivers?

Everything's been installed at least once or twice,

Is the power performance set on balanced or high performance via right clicking on the battery icon in the taskbar and clicking on one of those?

You can create PSO2 NVIDIA profile so that the game will run using your NVIDIA GPU.
Use either NVIDIA control panel or NVIDIA Inspector.

For lag, are you also lagging before applying certain patch or it's just happened after using latest patch?
If it's always lagging, you need to tone down graphical settings (both in game, and NVIDIA settings using NVIDIA inspector).

If it's occoured after latest patch applied, then i think it's on SEGA fault since numerous people complaint that they got performance instability after applying latest patch of the game.

I was about to ask that. Since the patch, I have lots of stuttering to the point where it almost becomes unplayable, a team member of mine even gets crashes frequently.
I set all my settings to the bare minimum and still have that issue, and PSO2 is the only game the that behaves like this.
