GG error 340, 350, 361, 380/ Operation timed out

hihi my friend really needs help about this issue.
currently she cany log into pso becuase gameguard is preventing her to do so. she has been having this issue for weeks now. we tried all possible fixes from Aida's thread, tweaker and also from another site and its still the same. she can eventually login if she just spams pso opening it again and again. but right now a new issue arises, the start is the same story but when she presses the "report or dont report" button on the gameguard error screen she encounters the ggerror popout "The operation timed out". we tried pinging a site through CMD to see if the connection is stable but its all fine. we already run out of ideas. im thinking its a internet issue. anyone here from Nuevo Laredo, mexico who's using TelMex as their isp getting this issue?

Its mainly a GG error, i got that error when gameguard is still lingering in the process list, usually saw it there for once and killed it but it blue screened my computer, seems like restarting the computer might fix the issue.
