Farming to get 10* and 11* weapons

Hey I was wondering where do you find material to make the 10* and 11* weapons I can't seem to find the area to do so anybody can screen shot it if they have any idea where to farm the materials at

10* materials can be found if you do heroic VH quests, but 11* materials can be found if you do heroic SH quests.

PD: Heroic quests are every quest which start with the "難" character, which means difficult. The only thing that I can remember from it is... from Tarnada, you should farm gems to this quest (http://www.pso-world.com/forums/showpost.php?p=3245485&postcount=2). However, I HIGHLY suggest you farming many gems since you'll need elemental gems for better weapon setups...
