Red Saber V.S Soul Banish

Hi I was just wondering which of theese items are better for a FOmar Because my Red Saber is pretty strong but,they have Soul Banish on the suggested items list for FOmar what should I do?

It really depends on which weapon type you like better. Personally, I like the Red Saber better because it does more damage to a single enemy. The Soul Banish is also really good though, especially against swarms of Claws and Moths. The Red Saber is also slightly faster and doesn't slowly drain your HP like the Soul Banish. The other huge advantage of the Red Saber is that it's much easier to find. Go for that first and if you still think you'd like a Soul Banish, try for that too.
