View Full Version : Erorr 603 but correct password?

Hi guys,

After my PSO2 crashed I tried to relog into my account, but I started getting the 603 error.

My password is 100% correct, I even logged into the my account on the website using the same password.

No clue what is going on or how to fix it...

No, nope, no, nope, noooooooooooooooo. Never ever use stuff like that.

You might want to just run some basic IT fixes:
Reset Router and Modem
Restart PC
Flush DNS

Sometimes something goes wrong with the connection after a crash, so resetting your hardware might fix it.

I did all three but sadly I am getting the error :(

Make sure your username is in lowercase since pso2 makes all uppercase letters in the username lowercase, password can be both.

Original user name contains no capital letters so that is not the problem sadly

Problem has been solved but I'd like to open up another thread to address another issue.
