i need help getting this pso2 to work, ive went through all the guidlines and the when i try to launch the game it says "Failed to download the latest version. From, wait for awhile, plrase try to connect again. WinHTTP Error: 12002 [No.103]. Can somebody help me out? and its not my computer, it has more than needed to run the game.:-?

Do me a favor and check if you can connect to http://pso2.jp/

If you can't then your IP is part of the cycle of IPs SEGA has locked for whatever reason. You'll have to use a proxy service or the tweaker to bypass that issue.
