PS02: I can't download Eng Patch using Tweaker

:-? I tried but it just doesn't seem to work. I can barely read the game. I'm kind of new to this forum, though.

Couple of things to try:
Make sure the Tweaker is not in the Downloads folder or any sub-folder within; make a folder on the Desktop or something that is exclusively for the Tweaker and all its files.
Make that folder an exclusion in any anti-virus software you may have.
