Make sure that the Tweaker is not in the Downloads folder or any sub-folder within. Create a separate folder somewhere else for the Tweaker and its associated files. Then make sure that that folder is excluded/whitelisted in any anti-virus program you use.

So i still cant get the tweaker to work but i think i know why im getting Your 7za.exe seem to be corrupt and Your UnRar.exe seem to be corrupt my antivirus is blackinf them but i cant get bitdefender total security to stop blacking/removing folder..i already put the tweaker in the bitdefender excluded but it still tells me that 7za.exe and UnRar.exe is a virus.is there some other way to do this?

So, you can't add the entire folder to exclusions? Okay, well you can try disabling your antivirus completely when you try to install the large and story patches.
