Anyway to get around error 249?

Title says all. I use the tweaker and I tried using Pingzapper but that didn't work. Is there anyway of me just trying to do something else?

If you are using the Tweaker, you can use Cyberkitsune's PSO2Proxy which the Tweaker natively supports.
