CANT CONVERT WEAPONS! ARG!!!!!!!!!!!

I am in the unsealed doors quest and he doesnt say anthing regarding enemy weapons! i completed ever quest up till this one. yes, dr oso's reasearch. its not workings. why?

Did you do the quest where you have to help Dr. Montague with the whole organization called WORKS? If you haven't done that then that is why it isn't working.

Just complete all 25 quests then you'll be sure to have it work.

Have you done Soul of Steel as well? You have to complete all of the following quests.

Battle Training
Claiming a Stake
Magnitude of Metal
Secret Delivery
Doc's Secret Plan
Dr. Osto's Research

Then you can make the weapon in Unsealed door.

I just do every quesdt and redo Unsealed door over and over to make weapons.
