Recommended settings so the game would run smoothly?

Laptop model number: K1W67EA#ABU (Can't add links). The game doesn't run smoothly.. Using the PSO2 Tweaker, what settings would be recommended? At times the sound would crackle, is this because of the laptop or just the game itself having issues?

Best thing to do would be to start at the lowest settings and just incrementally go up until you find the ideal.

Looked up the model and it shows the laptop using integrated HD graphics so you might have to go at lowest settings and turn off shaders and use lower compressed textures on settings.
