PSO2 suddenly decided to crash on me. Every time. Here's the thing:

Until tuesday maint, everything working normal. Playing normal.
After maint, on wednesday, played a little. Didnt go to any quests, just checked the new AC itens and such. Thanks to RL stuff, only had time to play on thursday morning.

By then, everything was normal. Checked my shop, etc. Then, went for LQ, grind one of my characters a little and when I entered the campship (even before the loading tunnel showed)... "PSO2 stopped working".

Now, everytime after the character selection screen, it crashes. Not even a error screen shows up, simple "PSO2 stopped working".

All troubleshoot tools from tweaker says no problem with my install. Still, did a reinstall. Didnt work. Launching via normal launcher doesnt help. Compatibility options, SA cache, resolution, graphics and other options changes doesnt too.

And its not a compatiblity issue or my PC configuration, been playing for 6 months without problem and this PC was pretty much not used after maint.

Here's a pastebin with the troubleshoot logs: pastebin.com/59Xq7qA9

Anyone had same/similar problem or can help me with this?

Delete the PHANTASYSTARONLINE2 folder located in Documents\SEGA, ie. the one where screenshots are saved. Make sure to backup your screenshots, logs, and salon files before doing so. Launch the official launcher to recreate the folder, then reset your resolution and graphics settings. You'll also have to change some in-game settings again, like meseta auto-pick up.

Is this a common issue? I just got the exact same problem. I been playing PSO2 daily for almost a year and I never got this problem. It happened after trying to enter the casino... :/

Oh and I can confirm Anduril's solution worked, thanks a lot.

The new settings added into the game by SEGA broke the user.pso2 file.

The game never recreate the file and instead, just add bunch of random things off into it, making a mess.
If you play the game from beta days and still have the user.pso2 file from back then, it'll have pretty different structure.
