PSO2 Tweaker Doesn't show it's UI

Whenever I open tweaker a blank window opens and nothing else. It still pops up windows for tweaker updates and story updates but I can't do anything, I've tried re downloading, I need HELP! :-? I've attached an image of what it looks like. PLS HELP!

Try to update your .NET framework yet?

It's up to date .NET framework ver 4.5.2 I believe

Are you SURE that you have installed .NET Framework 4?
Version are not really necessary, since there's multiple variation of .NET framework out there, please keep eye on it.

Also, try to repair the .NET framework installation, it might be corrupted and preventing tweaker from working as intended.

I have .NET Framework 4.5 i've repaired it and same problem, should I uninstall .NET Framework and just get the 4.0 version?

You don't have to uninstall .NET Framework 4.5 to install the .NET Framework 4 though.
Just install the another one and you are all set.

Google it and download the package yourself or let Windows Update handle it for you, it's available on the Windows Update menu

I can't install .NET Framework 4 it says I have the latest version.
