pso2 patch help

Help anyone, Why is my pso2 tweaker download so slow? I'm trying to patch the game and its taking a lot of time.My usual download speed is 300kbp/s but on tweaker only 30-50kbp/s. any idea why? using wired connection

Tried using JP launcher to download the patch and see if the speed has improved?
If it's still like that, it just mean that SEGA download server are being retard and you have to deal with it until it finished.
