Clean Installation of current PSO2 ver (with patches).

Hello PSOW community.
I'm planning to return to PSO2, however I see no guide or topic of how to install the current version of PSO2 with (removed). I am so sorry if it's right under my noses but I can't seem to find it.

Anyone willing to point me in the right direction?
