i met a cople of people with a psycho wand that does not take HP why does it not take HP i'm really confused? @_@

Perhaps they weren't using there special, or it was hacked...

If they use the random special attack, I believe it comes free of charge.

If you asked them if there HP was draining, they would probably say.

When you are online sometimes (or most of the time) it won't show other players' HP draining form weapons.
