Infinite Loading Please Help

So about 5 days ago I was changing blocks to get ready for a double Falz EQ and my game black screened and crashed. I tried relogging and my game would crash after selecting my character every time.
I finally managed to find out that a file in the Sega folder in My Docs was bugged, so I fixed that and now I have a new problem. (I only managed to fix this problem yesterday.)

Now my new problem is, when ever I log in and get to the select character screen, my character models do not show up, and I get stuck in the infinite loading screen after selecting a character to log in.
I have tried everything I can think of to fix it.
And I an now out of ideas. I was wondering if anyone can help me.

I have done a clean re install.
Checked for missing/deleted/old files
Checked I have latest drivers for my GC and DirectX
Reinstalled JP patches
Checked my Registy

I think it's lag, check if it's happening on particular spot or just randomly happening.
If it's just happening on particular spot then there's something wrong with game data or something.
If it's just random occourance then it means internet connection problem.
