Crash after character log in screen.

I have been having this problem since the 22 July 2015 update. Right after I log in my char crash. I don't even see a loading screen just instant crash.

I gave up and did a total uninstall and reinstall of PSO2 but I still have this same issue. However ever since the reinstall I will crash after exiting the game from the menu.

I haven't installed any English patches yet or removed any of the intros.
I have ran all the check and fix options in the tweaker. Check for old/missing files stops at 12k files im not sure if this is normal.

I have never had an issue with PSO2 at all before this.

Delete the PHANTASYSTARONLINE2 folder located in Documents\SEGA, ie. the one where screenshots are saved. Make sure to backup your screenshots, logs, and salon files before doing so. Launch the official launcher to recreate the folder, then reset your resolution and graphics settings. You'll also have to change some in-game settings again, like meseta auto-pick up.

The game saves certain files in that folder, like user.pso2 and version.ver, and they remain there even when you uninstall, thus why an uninstall/reinstall doesn't fix the problem. Odds are one or multiple of those files corrupt, thus causing this problem. For some people just deleting user.pso2 has fixed this, but for others it doesn't work unless the entire folder is deleted.
