Code 249

So, I usd to play in the US (TWC) seems to be working fine, I played last march in the philippines, currently here, and is working fine. Now, Servers are unknown and im getting code 249, same internet I used last march. I tried changing to Kitsune's proxy, and failed. HOSTS file is already "read-only". Any ideas? thanks

Philippines is part of SEA pso2 servers if i remember, that is why you're getting error 249 since they blocked all SEA ISPs from connecting to JP servers, for the hosts file, go where to the directory is of where the file is and right click on it and check off the read only to fix that issue.

Hi, you meant Windows/system32/drivers/etc/hosts? well its already on "read-only" but still wont work

And as I said, I played in the philippines last march, I dont know when they blocked the ISPs, but, if it was before march, then it should have worked
