[HELP]Error weird updating

when i try to launch the game it says "Launcher updated! Restart program now." after that some stupid file appear :-o , look at the picture :

what files? and how? tell man.. my os is win xp sp 3

they are just backup files created by tweaker, i have them on win7 also
