Getting Back into pso2 after 2 years! ...help

Hiya diehard pso2 community
still no Pso2 for english servers yet... what is SEGA doing?

I took some time off when the game capped me at 40. Then Bravers came out and i played again. Then I left for about a year, I came back to higher lvl caps, lots of lobby changes, dozens of new enemies and i was overwhelmed, so much so that i only played for 4 days before realizing that all my gear was junk and i'd be better off starting from scratch, depressing really. So here i am again, trying to take another crack at getting back into the game, with my Fo/Te at 65/63 i'm grinding to 75.

BUT, this is still overwhelming, i'm 2 years behind in content and changes.

could someone catch me up in the most relevant changes?
any kind souls willing to fix my current meseta problem would be awesome people.
I gave millions of meseta away to a new player when i stopped playing 2 years ago.
Donations accepted, not expected, but accepted. XD
at least some current relevant money advice would be nice

what I need to work on
- funds, what to do for meseta
- what to keep in my bank, i feel like its allllll junk now and i wanna clean house
- Better armor, i feel like paper (i'm in 9* bloom set that was made for damage)
- speaking of crafting, HELP with this new PA and Tech crafting!!!!
- better weapon, but i was never good at crafting my way up (crafting advice?)
- explanation of any key items or stuff that i easy to miss, i heard something about zieg coins or something that increased rare affix rate or something, plz explain!

also, if anyone has a white nine tail fox ticket and willing to part with it, you are my 2nd character's hero (silvia, my dewman braver, really needs it to complete her)

Don't Get Hit, more or less. The Def stats don't really help that much anyway. Oh and get the Hiei set from the Ep 3 matterboards and special craft it, that oughta last you until serious endgame sets.

They're exactly what it says on the tin. Bumped has an useful mini-guide (http://www.bumped.org/psublog/pa-customization-system/) for that newfangled PA crafting.

Certain specific cases aside crafting tends not be the recommended way, AFAIK. (Prolly different story now with the hidden potentials the Red weapons got though.)

Zieg now has weekly crafting-related COs (gotta have Ep 3 MB active to access them) that give you not only decent amounts of pocket change (10k meseta apiece) but also Craftsman Seals you can exchange for stuff in his shop - including Lambda Grinders. IIRC you'll want the Excube shop for affix boosters though.
He also has one-time crafting COs that pay better and give other kinds of Seals, YMMV as regards their actual worth (the weapons and units you can exchange them for aren't really all that hot).

As for working for funds, Timed Attack CO's you can get from Klotho are persistent, as well as Extreme Quest CO's you get from him, as well. I believe you unlock Extreme Quests from turning level 50 and a few other requirements, I'm a tad bit unsure.

In my experience, people prefer Saiki Units, which drop from the Gigur Gunne-gam boss, though you may have an easier time getting it from its rare counterpart, I'm unsure. I'de ask around the chat for any groups that farm it with triggers you can get from the Casino in order to summon it at will. I hope this helps!

Saiki is widely held to be *the* One True Pairing imean Set for the hilarious amounts of PP it gives. The tried-and-true method of farming for it is organised 12/12 Gunne Ginna-Gam (AKA "Great Gay Giant", among other epithets) hunts since the droprate is waaaaaaay higher that way.

The rare-triggers for that big lunk just went poof from the Casino prize shop in the 26.8. update though...

For meseta, the best freebie way to make meseta is doing Daily Orders (from Faina) and Klotho's Time Attack and Extreme Quest orders. Klotho's orders can net you over a million to two million or so meseta, and the orders are character based. In other words, if you have multiple characters, you can do another round of his orders for another quick buck. Klotho's orders used to be a daily thing, but now it's weekly, so you can only do the orders once per week per character. Still, it's a good way to make some meseta. Also look out for the VH Bal Rodos Daily Order which would give you 250000 meseta for doing it. DOs also have some TA orders as well that can stack on top of your Klotho orders for even more meseta.

That said, 11* units are tradeable these days so eh.

Tomorrow at 9:30pm Eastern time is a Magatsu event. Try and catch it, and beat it on the highest difficulty you can. You will get somewhere around 30-90 10-12* weapons (although, probably 0 12* weapons tbh). That should just about cover any weapon you would need. He drops some armor too but nothing hugely great, tho probably better than what you have.

As far as money, yeah what everyone else said. Run daily orders, you should be able to get at least around 300k meseta a day doing just a few of them.

Oh yeah, I forgot about Magatsu. He's also good for Excube trade-ins via 10-12* items, which can net you some nice rare drop boosters and some nice grinding/affixing items.

He's nicknamed "Cubegatsu" for a reason. Oh and if you've never done it before the second phase of the fight with GIANT ROBOTS is pretty spectacular if likely confusing. (You need to clear the first phase at least once to qualify for it - a quick Normal run is the common fallback if MPAs are terrible.)

thanks for the advice, i'm trying to get to lvl 70, just hard when i'm so distracted by stuffs

and yeah i got in on SH cubegatsu, got like 40 cubes from trade ins
bit confusing, died a lot till i found out that magic walls are my friend and that creepy faces need some Grants spam in their eyes and yeah mech mash was fun. I got a decent Jin Rai out of it which should help me lvl fighter on Silvia.
