I just aquired a HEART OF ANGEL and I just wanted to know when I could use it.

You need a non-rare epI mag (just a regular mag anytype but name must be in white letters) That's over level 100. Also no androids.

Well I guess I can use it for trade, since I am an android. Does anybody have any suggestions on what mag cell I should trade for?

You could have another character make it into the Pian then give it back to you. "No Android" just means an android can't produce the Pian; he could still use it.

just keep itand if you start a new character then you can gikve that character the angel wings. I really like angel wings but I'm a RAcast.

They changed it in GC PSO. Now androids can't even equip the mags. I know because I tried to equip my devil wings on my Hucaseal and it wouldnt let me. It had an X next to them.
