So I've exhausted everything I could think of to help my friend get back into his PSO2 account after nearly a week and a half of emailing thirdnetworks and Sega ID support.
When he tried to reset his OTP by emailing thirdnetworks and they said his account with them didn't exist. He provided the Nickname and Serial Number from the OTP app asking for a reset. And he got this as a response.

Am I correct to say that he didn't give them the proper information and now he's SOL if he asks to reset again? Or did he just give the wrong info and send the RIGHT information and he will be fine?
Any way moving on, after that response from thirdnetworks I told him to just remove OTP from this PSO2 account, but his dumbass didn't write down the secret password and answer he used. And he can't remember what the hell he used. Despite me telling him to write it down every fucking thing while signing up, notepad it, commit to memory tattoo it to your forehead- whatever it would take but he nope.jpg'd it.
And because of that we're stuck at removing OTP from his account through the Sega ID support. And I don't think thirdnetworks would reset his account so he can login normally.
At this point I'm asking, is there anything else to try to do? Or is he completely SOL and needs to create a new account.
Thank you

P.S. We would create a new account but he already bought AC and he'd preferably rather get the account back.
